Absolutely impressed with Matt’s responsiveness, knowledge of the area, and patience to my endless questions as I was not from Daytona Beach. Matthew has a number of great characteristics that make him a top notch realtor. One of his best qualities is a true desire to help others. Matthew consistently went out of his way to help me navigate multiple home buying decisions. He also possesses a great deal of integrity. Over the course of numerous viewings, he demonstrated knowledge of Ormond Beach, Holly Hill, Daytona Beach, Port Orange and New Smyrna Beach. I recently had the good fortune to become acquainted with Matthew McLean of Shoreline Realty in Daytona Beach after observing his excellent service involving the sale of a neighbor's beachside Daytona Beach home. When I decided to put my own house on the market, I remembered Shoreline Realty from the name on the side of Matthew's vehicle, looked him up, and reached out. We met soon after to get acquainted, have Matthew get a look at the house, and voice our thoughts on appropriate updates/repairs, asking price, getting it on the market, etc. With Matthew's guidance and assistance in facilitating preparations, the house was listed, had six showings, and had two cash offers at ask within a week.
