Absolutely impressed with Matt’s responsiveness, knowledge of the area, and patience to my endless questions as I was not from Daytona Beach. We looked and looked for what I wanted and Matt was enthusiastic to help me find it. He even went to houses using FaceTime and with my sister as I was back and forth from another state.
